When you have severe food allergies, it's very important to make sure the baking supplies you're using are free of allergens.
I've compiled a list of the products we use that are NOT manufactured in a facility with top allergens like gluten or tree nuts.
Baking Basics:
Singing Dog Organic Vanilla Extract (really tasty and the alcohol they use is derived from cane sugar)
Organic Maple Syrup (Parkers Maple Syrup is good, and safe for those of us with nut, dairy and gluten allergies)
- Also try their AMAZING Organic Maple Cotton Candy
India Tree Naturally Colored Sprinkles
Otto's Cassava Flour (This is our go-to flour, it's a perfect grain free flour that is super versatile)
- 2lb bag
- 2lb bag pack of two
- 5lb bag (I usually buy this one!)
Toonie Moonie Marshmallow Creme (This is SO good and so useful for baking, fruit drip, hot cocoa, the list goes on!)
Gerb's Dutch Cocoa Powder (top 14 free, It's really hard to find safe cocoa powder and this one tastes great in baking)
Gerbs Spices (top 14 free)
Whole Sweeteners
Bella Gluten Free Flour (This is a great GF flour, but it does have rice so not suitable for those with grain intolerance)
Dandies Marshmallows (Vegan, free of nuts, gluten dairy, does contain soy)
