Thank you, to all of you, for following my blog this past year. I am looking forward to posting more healthy and vibrant recipes for this new year. I have several recipes that I need to post, but I must somehow dig up the time to do so.
For the New Year, be sure to eat some lucky foods:
- cakes (or anything round)
- legumes including lentils
- cooked greens (collards, kale)
and avoid the unlucky ones:
- winged fowl
Of course, a bit of superstition is a part of a well-rounded New Years isn't it?
