Gluten-free Products Spotlight, Holiday Edition (Week 3)

I am going to do something extra for this weeks spotlight. See below for my addition!

My mom got me this book when I first found out that I have Celiac Disease, and it really helped me to understand what was going on. It is called Celiac Disease: A hidden epidemic, by Peter H.R. Green, MD and Rory Jones.
